How to Hold a Deduction, Benefit, and/or Employee Taxes

In Enter Payroll, click Holds on the top right of your screen



If this hold, or holds, need to go al all employees, put a bullet in All Employees

If just for select employees, click Select Employee and click the drop down arrow on Select An Employee. Click on the employees' name

Put a bullet in the check number that the hold(s) is to go into effect

Click on the deductions, benefits, and/or taxes that you want to hold 
      - This will make the items that you are holding yellow

Click Save/Close
